Doubting myself

Today I have been focusing a lot on the negatives and not so much on the positives in our homeschool journey. I have been feeling very inadequate. Thoughts like “I’m not good enough.” and “I just can’t do this.” have been in my head today. But I KNOW beyond any doubt that this is exactly what the Lord wants me to be doing. After praying it through and talking it over with my sister Tristan I am feeling much better. I just have to remember that I can do all things through Christ. If I look to the Lord for strength and guidance while we are traveling down this path of homeschooling HE will make me able.

We all have moments of doubt.About many different parts of our life.I’d love to hear how you handle it when you are doubting yourself.

I think we all as homeschooling moms or even dads at some point think that we cant DO this! We try to handle everything and do everything for everyone. I know that I have days like this too where I just dont feel its the right thing for us however I KNOW that is where God has placed our family. I KNOW that God has plans for us daily and the He will get us all through the bad spots. I think we all at some point just need to take a day and not do anything and get ourselves back together! You and God know your where your supposed to be, dont let the devil have a moment of your time, if you give him a minute he will take 10 and the time will just add up! God is your rock, and guess what, you also have family, friends, and bloggy friends that will help you get through the day! I hope your afternoon gets better and that you smile a few times by the end! God is the only one you have to answer too and He will provide all your needs whatever they are...

I am not sure I could add anything to Kris's comments other than I love you and as your earthly parent I KNOW you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind too. My grandchildren are in good hands!
